The Oakland Raiders made a big move this week trading for quarterback Matt Flynn; but the team has also traded starting quarterback Carson Palmer, and that has many NFL experts wondering what this team will now do in the upcoming draft.

Flynn is still young enough at 27 years of age to build the offense around; and despite recent rumors that the front office was looking to draft Geno Smith from West Virginia, this team needs to upgrade the defense if they ever want to become contenders in the AFC West.
Walter Football's latest mock draft has the team adding defensive tackle Sharrif Floyd from Florida; but with the recent news of Utah youngster Star Lotulelei receiving a clear bill of health, could make this a tough decision for the front office when they take the clock later this month.
With no pick in the second round, the Oakland Raiders could go in a number of different directions in the third round. Many believe that quarterback Tyler Wilson from Arkansas is worthy of a look, but the team used that second round pick on Terrelle Pryor in last year's supplemental draft. Unless the coaching staff is completely sold that the former Ohio State youngster can't help the franchise, look for an offensive lineman or wide receiver is the next best option for the franchise.
