Notre Dame comes into this game with an overall record 7-0. They are ranked fifth in the nation right now, and they are coming off a narrow victory over Brigham Young with a final score of 17-14. In their win, Theo Riddick went on to rush for 143 yards. They will need the same type of relentless rushing attack in order to control the clock and limit the amount of time that the Sooners are on the field.
This match up is key for both teams. For Oklahoma, they will Landry Jones to have a break out game and find the open receivers down field in order to pull off the upset.
