MUSTANGS ADD FRESH FACES TO 2012 ROSTER
Milwaukee Increases Depth of Receiving Corps, Defensive Secondary
MILWAUKEE (February 17, 2012) - The Milwaukee Mustangs continue to bolster the 2012 roster with several new additions:
Demario Bobo (6’0, 185, DB, Mississippi State)
Wendell Glenn (5’9, 185, WR, Glenville State)
Kinte Haynes (6’3, 215, DB, Riverside CC)
Jordan Schultenover (6’3, 210, WR/LB, Concordia St. Paul)
Pierre Singfield (6’0, 205, DB, Arizona State)
Among the additions is wide receiver AJ Kegg (6’1, 195, Hillsdale College). Kegg played in three games during the 2011 season for the AFL’s Cleveland Gladiators after signing as an undrafted free agent with the Cleveland Browns in 2010. At Hillsdale, Kegg posted 85 catches for 974 yards and four touchdowns in 2009. He tied for second in the GLIAC in receptions per game and was sixth in receiving yards.
The Mustangs also signed defensive back Ryan McFoy (6’2, 210, Arizona State). McFoy was signed by the CFL’s Montreal Alouettes in 2011 and was originally drafted by the Sacramento Mountain Lions in the 2010 UFL Draft. As a Sun Devil, McFoy totaled 107 career tackles (68 solo), 6.5 tackles for loss (minus 27 yards), one sack, eight pass break-ups, five interceptions, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery.
To make room on the roster, Milwaukee reassigned defensive lineman Terron Sanders.
